Counseling sessions and private yoga lessons are by appointment only.  My availability ranges from Tuesday through Friday, including mornings, afternoons, and one evening per week (usually Tuesdays). Feel free to use the interactive form on the "contact me" page  to list appointment dates and times that work best for you. I will always do my best to accommodate you.

To schedule an appointment, please call 407-701-5414. If you are directed to voicemail, please be assured that it is confidential and you are welcome to leave a detailed message. Calls will generally be returned within 12-24 hours with some exceptions (occasional weekends, if I am out of town, or holidays).

E-mail communication will be responded to within 24-48 hours with some exceptions. Please be aware that confidentiality of communucation via e-mail cannot be guaranteed.
